Description

If you are selected as the Supply Chain Analyst, you will support operational functions within the requisition to pay cycle managed by the Global Shared Services team. The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting global supply chain data and driving continuous improvement opportunities forward.

You may be eligible for the voluntary hybrid office work (HOW) program that is designed to provide employees with flexibility while maintaining the advantages of in-person engagement.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Optimizes purchasing and eCommerce activities within Global Shared Services organization.
  • Analyzes supply chain data to identify trends, areas of concern and measure performance indicators
  • Analyzes processes and data to support global internal stakeholders across all business units
  • Identifies market and business drivers that impact the Supply Chain function to guide business decisions
  • Maintains team documentation and SharePoint site
  • Identifies opportunities to automate processes and increase efficiency
  • Drives continuous improvement of internal and external processes
  • Anticipates problems and makes decisions based on sound business principles
  • Consistently delivers on commitments and provides quality deliverables
  • Responds inventively, flexibly, and positively when faced with challenges and demands
  • Collects and researches data
  • Identifies data relationships and analyzes complex or diverse information to develop alternative solutions

Qualifications


Basic/Required:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, or an alien admitted as a permanent resident, refugee or asylee
  • 1+ years’ experience in Supply Chain or related field or work experiences
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Word

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Energy Management, Industrial Distribution or other related disciplines, or foreign equivalent
  • 3+ years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
  • Builds effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical
  • Listens actively and invites new ideas for exchanged opinions, then influences and acts to drive positive performance and achieve results
  • Builds positive relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals
