Position Overview:

Joybees is seeking a Supply Planner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, manufacturing, and inventory management. The Supply Planner will be responsible for ensuring that our operations run smoothly, from production through delivery. Highly qualified candidates are detail oriented, able to manage time and priorities effectively, team players, and are driven to succeed. You will:

  • Develop and maintain reports regarding production, logistics, inventory productivity, and other KPI reports to aid business goals
  • Provide project management support for key customer programs including review of vendor guides to ensure compliance and eliminate chargebacks
  • Manage Orders in the ERP System to prevent out of stocks and drive towards 100% order fulfillment
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans as necessary to ensure adequate supply
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimal results
  • Communicate regularly with vendors to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Participate in the forecasting process to ensure accurate demand planning

You Have:

  • 2+ years of supply planning and/or inventory management experience in consumer goods
  • Proven ability to multi-task projects, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail, superior communication, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
  • Ability to think proactively, prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to self-start projects and positively collaborate across functions
  • Intermediate to advanced skillset in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the footwear and/or retail industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $68,000.00 per year
