We are Idaho's premier agency serving adults with developmental disabilities, and we are seeking an experienced, motivated and caring Supervisor to work out of our Post Falls location's Supported Living Program.

Supervisors are responsible for supporting participant success while ensuring paperwork obligations are met. They also will train and support direct care paraprofessionals, make frequent participant home visits, and ensure we are providing a quality service to our clients. Our goal is to ensure we work together as a team to assist participants in achieving maximum independence.

It is preferred that applicants have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities to help them be more successful in this position.

We support our professionals by providing competitive compensation, full medical benefits, paid time off, 401K program, mileage reimbursement, and more. Potential for bonuses of $100 to $200 per month, depending on workload.

Supervising professionals must have current car insurance, your own reliable transportation, and able to pass a new Criminal History Background Check. Current CPR / 1st Aid and 'Assistance with Medications' certifications are also a plus (but not required to apply).
