Survey Technician position is responsible for collecting data along telecommunication routes while using specialized industry devices. Thorough training is provided to all new hires, and opportunities for advancement are available for top performers. No experience required.

The position includes national travel for extended periods- 4 weeks on, 1-2 weeks off.

Survey Technician Job Responsibilities

• Arriving for scheduled bookings on the first day of shift (travel plan, hotels, rentals).
• Attending daily crew meetings to review assigned jobs and maps for the day and end-of-shift meetings to review progress on assigned jobs.
• Completing assigned data collection quotas along designated telecommunication routes using IKE and other equipment/technology.
• Walking telecommunications routes through rural and urban areas.
• Utilizing multiple applications/software for communication, shift assignment, and data collection.
• Uploading collected telecommunication data at the end of the shift via Wi-Fi.

Requirements for Survey Technician position:

• Reliable vehicle for work.
• Willingness to travel interstate during 4-week shifts.
• Ability to walk 10+ miles a day.
• Preparedness to work outside in all weather conditions.

Preferred Experience for Survey Technician position:

• Experience working outside in all weather conditions.
• Experience walking/hiking for extended distances.
• Experience traveling for work.
• Experience working extended shifts (10-15/hr days)
