The Talent Acquisition Business Partner manages the hiring process to fill all openings in their designated function and is the subject matter expert in applicant tracking and related HR systems. Has a keen understanding of what is happening inside and outside of the organization and brings that information to the manager to help them make better talent decisions. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner must possess the ability to tell our story, culture, and values in a way that speaks to a candidate’s interests and career goals.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the recruitment process to fill all staffing needs within the designated function and partner with managers to ensure strong benches of talent.
  • Identify and target active or passive candidates that could meet current and future talent needs.
  • Develop and maintain candidate relationships through online or in-person networking.
  • Actively participate in the engagement of all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to job offer.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits, as well as extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Partner with managers to schedule phone screens, interviews, and panel interviews for potential candidates.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
  • Build a presence in the communities (grassroots recruiting, trade/ technical schools, community events, etc.)
  • Attend job fairs across the state to attract local talent.
  • Will be a self-starter with a strong multi-tasking ability to effectively manage simultaneous candidate pipelines
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platforms (i.e., sites, slides, drive, docs, sheets)
  • Experience in (applicant tracking system) desired.

Pay:
$52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Weekend availability
  • Ability to travel across North Carolina to attend job fairs.
