Talent Acquisition Partner and Team Lead, International (12 Month Secondment or FTC)

We are looking for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Partner/Team Lead to join the International team on a 12 month secondment/fixed term contract.
What you’ll do
In this role, as well as all of the accountabilities below, you’ll be responsible for data governance and improvement across the whole International region (over 75 markets). Additionally, you’ll be our LATAM region Talent Acquisition point of contact, providing strategic support to enhance the capabilities and performance of the LATAM Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities:
Supports with the implementation of the TAq operating model, standards and processes in all markets in-region, including supporting regional TAq Teams in onboarding new colleagues
Is responsible for ensuring all TAq or HR colleagues in-region deliver core TAq processes to standards, including proactive resource management, ensuring data quality is accurate and driving a phenomenal candidate experience
Works with Regional TAq, HR partners and business leaders to understand business priorities and tailor TAq support to meet requirements – including supporting on the design and delivery of recruitment marketing activity
Mentors and coaches wider in-market TAq team, building greater access and usage of TAq COE outputs.
Comfortable with handling differing expectations of senior stakeholders under direction of GTAqL in various time zones.
Provides support and mentorship with Workday optimization and additional system training
Supports capability builds with data governance and provides reports to the business to drive improvements
Delivers innovative and proactive recruitment strategies that identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals
Maintains compliance with and educates on Global Recruitment and country policies/guidelines
Ensures 3rd party providers adhere to required procurement and policy standards
Works with the markets to minimize agency spend and maximise local and global internal resources and solutions
Proactively fosters positive relationships across the business, providing consultation, project management and service delivery
Supports the GTAqL and Country Leads on projects/topics as needed
With the GTAqL, increases the strength of relationships between the in-market TAq community and the Global TAq COE
Leads/ Supports one or more Central CoE TAq Projects locally or globally
Drives Early Talent Recruitment activities within aligned business area
Hiring Expectations:
Circa 35 - 40 hires per year based on area supported
Confidently handles in-country SMT level requisitions and pro-active pipelining against Critical Roles at SMT level
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential for the role:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Provides full life-cycle recruitment services in sophisticated, global environment
Experience of delivery at senior and executive level in multiple locations
Specialist in multi-channel targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and identifying and securing passive candidates via various ‘direct’ channels – Social Media; LinkedIn etc., networking, market mapping, careers fairs, industry events etc
Experience with Workday applicant tracking system or other related system
Highly proficient IT skills, including all Microsoft office, spreadsheets, databases, reports and able to produce meaningful management information.
Experience of leading campaigns and stakeholders across differing markets and cultures
Proven agile mentality having delivered in multiple time zones
Evidence of project management skills, effective prioritization and ability to meet deadlines.
Demonstrates strong persuading & influencing skills
Evidenced business acumen
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desirable for the role:
Corporate recruiting experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
Experience of working with Emerging Markets
Knowledge of government regulations regarding employment topics in more than one geography
Previous experience of team supervision or line management or has line management as an item on their IDP
Demonstrable experience in implementing change programs
Spanish language capability would be an advantage
