Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist II, this position is responsible for acquiring new staff to share in our passion for health equity, social justice, and learning. This position is responsible for recruiting, elevating ETR’s presence, and assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of new employees using HR best practices. All responsibilities are carried out in a human-centered approach consistent with ETR’s mission, vision, values, and cultural norms. Must use discretion in all interactions. This position works remotely and can be located anywhere in the United States.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

- Specialized training plus two to three years’ experience in recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience with onboarding, and other human resources responsibilities a plus
- A tech-forward approach to operations and problem-solving with the ability to easily assess and acquire new technology skills and effectively integrate them with existing and new processes.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Highly proficient in Office 365 Suite (Teams, Planner, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), ATS, HRIS, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- High level of skill, sensitivity and empathy concerning matters of diversity, inclusivity and
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal
- Excellent organizational and quantitative skills combined with attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to complete assignments timely and independently.

Preferred:
- One year of general Human Resources experience working with HRIS and ATS.
- Ability to identify, engage, and deliver a diverse and qualified candidate pool from marginalized and underrepresented communities and groups.
- Knowledge of and commitment to cultural humility, awareness, and

Location: Remote – United States
Starting Pay Range: $68,800 to $84,100 annually. The typical hiring range for this position is $68,800 to $76,500 at 100% FTE. The starting salary is determined based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
