Responsible for driving organizational development (OD) projects and activities to support business goals and objectives. Key focus within Talent Management and People Performance Management.
Being part of a strong and diverse team of Organizational Development professionals who are focused on ensuring the organization is set up to deliver on strategy by focusing our efforts on Culture, Leadership, Engagement, Talent Management, People Performance Management and Organizational Health including people analytics.QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in the HR / OD field preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience as a high performing and ambitious HR / OD Development professional from a corporate or consulting background
  • Strong and broad HR toolbox and a good overview of the many different levers which can be pulled to shape an organisation
  • Proven track record within the field of Talent Management including talent strategy, attraction and recruitment, talent assessment and development as well as succession planning
  • Proven track record within the field of People Performance Management
  • A structured approach to problem solving and strong project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including written/oral and presentation/facilitation skills
  • Strong personal drive, curiosity and team player
  • Ability to adapt to change in the work environment and manage competing demands, and to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
  • Comfortable interfacing with stakeholders and employees across the organization
  • An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with exceptional judgment and discretion
  • Experience with Workday is an advantage
  • Domestic and international travel may be required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Lead the development and implementation of an annual cycle for People Performance Management across the global organisation, offshore and onshore
  • Lead the development and implementation of a Talent Management approach and ensuring continuous execution, actions and follow up (including talent strategy, attraction and recruitment, talent assessment and development as well as succession planning)
  • Drive and support development of leadership development programs appropriate to company and talent strategy
  • Working closely with stakeholders, mainly in senior management to identify key organizational challenges
  • Drive projects and global initiatives within People Performance Management and Talent Management in collaboration with the team and other stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned
