About us

The Skeleton Root, we are a full working winery located near Findlay Market in downtown Cincinnati. We produce dry focused wines on-site from grape to glass. Our winery tasting room is open for wine tasting and retail bottle sales Friday through Sunday.

Our Tasting Room team is responsible for day to day operations of our winery tasting room as well as supporting select private events. This position is largely customer focused providing wine service, wine education, assisting customers with retail sales, supporting light food prep and food service, and maintaining a clean and organized atmosphere. No prior wine experience required.

Our tasting room is currently open Friday through Sunday. We also host private events which are scheduled in advance. Primarily a weekend focused schedule, great opportunity for someone seeking supplemental weekend hours in a unique and close knit team atmosphere.

Current Tasting Room Hours

Fridays 4-10PM
Saturdays 12-9PM
Sunday 1-7PM

Opportunities for some weekday evening hours if desired for private events
Scheduled days usually range from 5-6 hours. No late nights!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
