Overview:
The Manager, US International Tax Accounting & Compliance will be responsible for the US international side of tax compliance and tax accounting. This role will support the Director of International Tax Accounting & Compliance and other members of corporate tax. Responsibilities:

The Manager, US International Tax Accounting & Compliance will be responsible for the US international side of tax compliance and tax accounting. This role will support the Director of International Tax Accounting & Compliance and other members of corporate tax.
- Reporting to and with support of Director of International Tax Accounting & Compliance.
- Prepare US international returns 5471, 8858, 8865.
- Prepare US 1120 and 1120F.
- Calculate tested income, 951 inclusion, 951A inclusion, Sec.250 Deduction, Sec.245 DRD, 163(j) limitation; prepare/review form 8990, 8992, and 8993.
- Calculate foreign tax credit; prepare form 1118.
- Understand ASC740 tax accounting; assist with quarterly tax provision related to foreign items.
- Assist with §986(c) and §987.
- Assist with uncertain tax positions.
- Assist with local income tax return preparation such as Canada, Puerto Rico, etc.
- Liaise with financial reporting, accounting, treasury, and financial services center to collect and furnish information.
- Conduct tax research to determine contemplated and actual corporate transactions.
- Provide federal audit support related to foreign items (i.e., data supporting IDR responses).
- Oversee and manage other special projects and tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation or Finance required; CPA required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5–7 years of public accounting and/or industry experience with a focus in Corporate US international tax.
- Strong computer skills, including OneSource Tax Provision (or similar); Corptax (or similar); PeopleSoft Finance (or similar); Office 365 including but not limited to Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet tight deadlines.

Benefits:
The annual base salary range is $90000 - $115000 /yr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
