Were looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our fundraising team to help make the biggest impact in the world around us.

Our planet faces the interconnected crises of rapid climate change and biodiversity loss. We have years, not decades, to address these existential threats. The Nature Conservancy is fighting to do just that by preserving the land, air, and water on which all life depends. By 2030, they plan to conserve 1.6 billion acres of land, support 100 million people at risk of climate related emergencies, protect 4 billion hectares of ocean, and much much more. But they can’t do it alone. The Nature Conservancy relies on people power to continue their incredible conservation efforts.

At All for One Fundraising we are the extension of the charity that brings people together and inspires them to take action. Our teams work together on an important mission: ensuring our non-profit partners can achieve their goals of improving the world around us. Were looking for face-to-face fundraisers who can inspire members of the public to join the fight for change.

As a Team Leader you will be speaking to the public on a daily basis to inspire action and raise funds for the charitys cause while managing and supporting a team of fundraisers. This position is a street fundraising/canvassing position you can expect to stand/walk for 6+ hours. We work Tuesday - Saturday 9:00am - 5:30pm. If youre a "people person", extroverted, and love making genuine new connections, this is the job for you!

Must have previous face-to-face fundraising experience specifically in charity street canvassing.
