Job description
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
Responsible for sketches, schematics, preliminary lay outs, etc. for compliance with the specifications, regulatory requirements, and standard practices.
Coordinates with other sections when appropriate Ensures CAD standards are followed
Ensures work meets requirements of applicable Regulatory Body and job specifications
Implements Halter standard practices and procedures (i.e. PRN’s, ECP’s, EAR’s, Budget Requests, drawing check out, etc.)
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Good knowledge of design principles and drafting techniques. Some knowledge of manufacturing processes. Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and practices. Ability to work with drafting materials and equipment.
