We’re Sutherland and we have several entry-level, work from home opportunities available for individuals with basic-to-intermediate technical skills to join us as Technical Client Service Representatives.
In this role, you will resolve issues and requests for customers of one of our customers, a leading company changing the way people buy, sell, own and use cars, SUVs and trucks. Specifically, you will take phone calls and respond to emails and service tickets with the goal of resolving issues on first contact. Duties include:
- Providing the first level of support, responding to a high volume of calls and e-mails from customers.
- Assisting customers with a variety of questions, requests, and issues; effectively researching, documenting, tracking/monitoring customers’ requests and issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Effectively communicating technical concepts, while taking into consideration the varying degrees of customers’ technical experience.
- Accurately inputting documents and recording customer issues using Salesforce.
- Excellent communication (in person, in writing and on the phone) and listening skills.
- Strong technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of basic problem resolution/escalation processes.
- The ability to learn new software products and how to troubleshoot these products and services
- Strong attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision
- A technical degree and experience with Salesforce are pluses.

- A PC computer (NO MACS) with:
- I5 processor or higher (the faster the processing environment, the better)
- One or more available USB ports (2.0 or greater)
- Sound/audio support
- Windows Operating System
- 2 monitors
- Wired Keyboard
- Wired Mouse
- A headset to use for training and meetings that is/has:
- USB
- Dual ear
- Noise-cancelling microphone
- A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications.
