Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented technical writer with good experience in writing high quality website content, articles, blogs, press releases, and forum posts to promote the software applications, products of the company and strengthen customer relationship of the company. Someone who understands blockchain and other new-age technologies or is passionate about technical content writing would be the best fit.
Responsibilities and deliverables:
- Good communication skills. You must be able to write exceptionally and also communicate effectively to stakeholders across the company.
- Experience in generating and managing different types of content eg. web pages, blog posts, email workflows, case studies, webinars, etc
- Experience managing a content calendar across different channels eg. website, social media, and email.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support a broader team of members with different viewpoints & backgrounds.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong hold on English Language, usage, structure, styles, and writing principles to develop high-quality error-free, relatable and engaging content.
- Conduct high-quality research to gather the best information and articulate it in writing.
- Write website content, blog posts, video scripts, landing pages, press releases and content for social media.
- Be willing to perform marketing activities upon training & be a part of the agile team.
- Be responsible for all the activities related to content creation- from research, sample, creation and approval to finishing the project on time.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
Skills:
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
- Ability to write quickly & concisely.
- Good to have experience with Content Management Systems.
- Exceptional English communication, research skills and writing skills.

Requirements
Experience:
- Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of total work experience
- Candidates having working experience in the IT-Software/ Software Services/ blockchain industry will be given preference.
- Candidates having knowledge of blockchain protocols, Defi, metaverse, NFTs and other Web3 technologies will be given preference.
- Knowledge of Confluence and Jira will be a bonus.
Qualification:
Any graduate/post-graduate degree, preferably in Computer science / Information technology/Mass Communication.
