We are currently seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with teams and collaborating effectively with other departments. They should be able to identify the needs of other departments and bridge gaps in procedures. Our team works on a fast-paced environment, and we value individuals who can manage their time effectively and deliver quality work, even when facing time constraints. What You'll Do

• Collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure good communication and ensure expectations are met.-
• Create or update technical documentation to ensure processes and procedures are followed and easily understandable
• Prioritize and complete tasks efficiently while maintaining composure under tight deadlines.
  
• Monitor, manage, and upgrade systems to ensure compliance, consistency, system performance, and seamless operation.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and automate processes through scripting and coding.
• Identify gaps in procedures and processes and work to bridge them.

Who We're Looking For

• Required Qualifications
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Technical Operations, Information Systems, or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerShell scripting
  • Experience imaging servers and workstations
  • Experience creating Windows operating system images
• Bonus Qualifications
  
  • Understanding of software coding processes with experience in C# coding
  • Knowledge of PACS, RIS and DICOM systems

What to Expect

• 40 hours/week plus occasional on-call shifts
  
• In-office work setting located in Provo, UT
• Occasional weekend, early morning, or nighttime hours may be required
