Key responsibilities
Manage cross functional projects across multiple systems or functions- Produce and execute on complex project plans and key milestones
- Assign the right people with the right skills at the right time
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Understand and manage project interdependencies
- Arrange project priorities with strategies/objectives
- Client and vendor management
- Fiscal management
Requirements
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience leading large-scale IT solution implementations
Five (5) years of experience utilizing the technologies to be implemented, including Java, Spring boot,
HTML 5.0 and Oracle
Experience on at least one TANF and SNAP eligibility application project
Experience with the SDLC methodologies- Subject matter expertise on State and Federal regulations and policies
- Relevant experience and advanced skills with development tools and software language(s) that will be
- Relevant experience with programming best practices
- Experience managing Health and Human Service project implementations such health benefits

- Demonstrated knowledge of budget management
- Enterprise resource planning experience
- Practical knowledge of Deliverable Processes, including responsibility for deliverable compliance
- System Rollout and Deployment experience required
- Comprehensive knowledge of Cloud Technologies
- Experience with assessing gap analyses executing strategies to meet functional requirements
- Experience creating detail design documentation for end user approval
- Adeptness in About Time
- Applicants will have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management
- Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant Complex programs implementation and Management experience
Oversight for multiple design development and implementation teams including, Data Conversion,
Quality Assurance Testing, Interfaces design, development and operations, Security, Release
Management, System Integration and Configuration ( approximately 100 development and design
FTEs with 5-10 direct Senior Manager reports)
