Field Service TechnicianLeading manufacturer of agricultural & compact tractors seeks a field service technician to join their team.
What you do:
- Provide a high level of customer service by communicating technical information necessary to repair tractors
- 30% - 50% travel required to customer sites
- Assist Dealer Service Personnel by providing technical information and troubleshooting advice necessary to repair tractors or over the phone and onsite
- 3 years of experience in a mechanical engineering role
- Associates degree in mechanical or agricultural engineering or related field
- Familiarity with MS Office software programs (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Electronic Documentation systems, and electronic diagnostic tools
- Experience with auxiliary equipment associated with tractors, such as loaders and implements
