Job description

We are looking for a couple of brilliant individuals who can help our small company grow to the next stage of our goals. This person will assist the office staff and our sales staff in growing in the marketing and customer service parts of our business. Full Time $18 - $20 hourly plus bonus!

Responsibilities

• Call and Schedule appointments with potential clients from pre-collected lead base. (We procure leads from referrals from previous clients and trade show sign ups.)
• Take inbound calls and quickly look up clients in lead database to set appointments outside evaluations and sales calls or informational safety meetings with families and businesses in the local area.
• Track and result all calls made with clients through the use of lead tracking software.
• Professionally but positively interact with our clients.
• Present a fun upbeat experience with our clients over the phone.
• Quickly respond to potential customer questions.
• Enjoy building relationships and talking over the phone.
• Assisting other members of the office staff.

Qualifications

This person should have the following skills/abilities:

• Pleasant, positive and professional voice over the phone.
• Motivated to take the extra step to receive production bonus.
• Competitive and able to work well with a team.

Should be available to work Monday - Friday from 11am - 7:30pm ever week with 4 hours on a couple Saturday mornings a month.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.35 per hour
