Would you like to:

• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
• Maintain calendars, schedule and coordinate appointments
• Create and edit documents for administration and closing of estates and probate
• Contact clients for information or to schedule meetings

Ideally you have:

• Two years of legal experience
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Fast accurate typing
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Professional courteous manner
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work with a team of lawyers, paralegals and legal assistants
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation a bonus
