The Temporary Customer Service Representative provides general office support, with emphasis on positive public/customer relations, serves as primary contact for citizen inquiries by telephone and in person. Performs work of moderate difficulty in recording and processing billing, financial and routine accounting, support services, and record maintenance.

The ideal candidate shall be experienced and versed in administrative operations, general accounting and billing clerical procedures. Have the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks. This position requires high-level customer service and the ability to probem solve.

Pay: $20.53 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
