Enhance the lives of at-risk youth through creative and therapeutic interventions
- DIRECT SERVICE AND CASEMANAGEMENT Provide individual, group and family therapy to client and family. Coordinate casework services for assigned caseload as required. Provide treatment services within the community and at the program’s facility in accordance with the clients and/or family needs and Program Director’s request.
- CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE PAPERWORK Develop and oversee Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) for assigned clients. Ensure confidentiality is maintained for appropriate clinical records. Complete progress notes for each billable contact; complete additional clinical documentation such as discharge planning and assessment paperwork; complete all necessary administrative paperwork such as attendance reports, expense sheets, time sheets/productivity sheets and charge slips.
- TRAINING, SUPERVISION, CONSULTATION Attend and participate in weekly team supervision,group supervision and/or individual supervision, and First Aid/CPR training is required and must be maintained.

- Requires training in restrictive procedures with children and the practice of physically limiting the mobility of youth in care with the use of techniques approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare

- Movements such as stooping, crouching, bending kneeling and reaching may be required
- This position requires spending the majority of the workday sitting, standing and walking
- Service locations may require the ability to climb stairs on a frequent basis
- Noise and sound levels in the work environment is moderate
Working Conditions: This is full time position that works during the hours of operations: (7:30AM – 4:00PM.)
Education: Master’s Degree in counseling or related field.
Certifications or Licenses Required:
Catholic Charities (cc21) requires State Police, Child Line, FBI Clearances, and valid PA driver’s license, Diocesan Youth Protection Training, adequate auto insurance according to agency policy, and physician note stating employee is free of communicable diseases.
Experience: One year work experience with children and/or families strongly preferred.
