Formerly known as the Conflict Free Evaluation and Enrollment Center (CFEEC), this program assesses people who have chronic illnesses or disabilities for their eligibility for community based long term services and supports and assists them to enroll in Managed Long Term Care health plans.

We are seeking a Training Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Clinical Training department in the Independent Assessor Project.
This is a full-time position that is fully remote.

Job Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Trainers and Training Manager.
- Provide support to new hire training classes ensuring training schedules are accurate and up-to-date and necessary materials are ready and available to all trainees.
- Assist Trainers in tracking attendance, collecting training surveys and supporting the needs of the training class.
- Perform general clerical duties to include typing, filing, photocopying, meeting scheduling.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience.

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
