Position Requirements:
- Along with meeting the Training Developer 2 LCAT requirements, the ideal candidate for this position will have experience in following user guides, performing basic system installation and configurations, converting training requirements into training courses/materials/guides, preparing training activities, lessons plans, performing virtual/on-site training, and conducting assessments.
- Five (5) years of experience developing course materials, to include syllabi, assessments, practical exercises, roles plays and standard documentation. Three (3) years experience demonstrating the application of word processing software and formatting in accordance with applicable NSA policies. Three (3) years experience in the use of Microsoft Office products (EXCEL, Word, Access and PowerPoint) and instructional tools including web-based, classroom and video teleconferencing.
