Transitional Engagement Specialist position is available in Delaware County to serve the behavioral health population, providing advocacy, support and assistance within the community. Candidates should possess strong engagement skills, ability to collaborate within various entities and knowledge of social support services.

This program serves individuals involved with the mental health, substance use and forensic systems, including individuals within county jails.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with at least one year of experience in Substance Use/Mental Health. A clean driver’s license is required. Excellent benefit program offered.
