Job description

This travel LPN must enjoy working with the Geriatric patient population, including end of life care. There will be lots of walking in this very large and spread out facility, and there is very good opportunity to engage one on one with residents!

Start Date: Ideal candidate can start as early as 05/01/2023. Will take candidates that can start before or after

Length: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Afternoons / 3p-11p / 32 or 40 hr/week guarantee / Every Other Weekend/Holiday Rotation

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of Med/Surg or SNF experience
• Geriatric patient experience
• EPIC EMR experience
• Experience with memory impaired patients - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Travel experience - Preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)
