TITLE: Tropicale Restaurant - Busser
DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage
REPORTS TO: Food & Beverage Manager
SCOPE:
As a busser you will provide prompt and courteous service in our food and beverage outlets. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe atmosphere by clearing tables, taking tray carts to dishwashing area, and performing miscellaneous tasks to ensure 100% guest satisfaction. Candidate must also be comfortable with delivering food and drink items to guests.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clears and cleans tables according to established service standards
Remove full tray carts from dining room and replace with empty tray carts from dishwashing area
Remove trays from towers
Empty trays from tray cart onto dishwashing carousel
Always maintain and keep buffet area clean
Clean tables and floors restock items when needed
Performs assignments and duties assigned by management
Maintains and adheres to company values
QUALIFICATIONS
Certification
Must be able to provide a Florida State approved Food Safety certification (i.e. SafeStaff) or attend a SafeStaff training class facilitated by the Caribe Royale within 60 days of hire date.
