What you will enjoy doing
- You will take ownership for the entire Turbomachinery organization and provide strategic leadership including business plans, strategies, and technology development programs.
- Assume full P&L responsibility and ensure fulfillment of all legal and statutory requirements.
- In addition, you will lead the implementation of high-performance solutions and further improve efficiency, reliability, and costs.
- Present the company and its products to internal and external stakeholders.
- Close and continuously collaborate with all departments of the Components Business Unit, Linde Engineering Headquarters and other subsidiaries of Linde plc.
- Empower the organization to overcome challenges by taking a “big picture” perspective and applying pragmatic approaches which are focused on solutions.
- You will also foster an environment of health, safety, and environmental protection (HSE).
What makes you great
- You will have 10-15 years of professional experience in an engineering and manufacturing operation, preferably in an international environment
- Additionally, you will have a Bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree preferred, in Mechanical Engineering or a suitable Engineering field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English language is a must; other languages are advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and thinking, as well as drive to perform and add value
- Engaging, motivating, and empowering leader who takes ownership for developing their employees.
- You will also have effective communicator and presenter at all levels, supplemented by cross-cultural and conflict resolution competencies.
- Willingness to travel to build customer relations and negotiate projects.
