Job Highlights:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- $75,000-$100,000 annual salary

Hiring Requirements:
- Driver's License.
- CDL (Preferred).
- Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Prefer 1 to 2 years of industry experience, but willing to train the right individual.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job including methods, techniques, materials, and tools used in craft installation, maintenance, and repair; and safety practices and procedures.
Job Details:
- Must possess leadership and construction knowledge with the ability to manage multiple crews.
- Requires the ability to organize the work effort of multiple workers at multiple job sites daily.
- Requires extensive knowledge and foresight regarding management of difficult pours.
- Requires good coordination and communication skills.
- Requires good judgement and worksite planning.
- Requires scheduling of multiple employees.
- Requires knowledgeable on power equipment associated with demolition and preparation of work sites.
- Evaluates and monitors staff to ensure adequate quality of workmanship.
- Calculates material and supplies as needed for each job.
- Completes daily production sheets/forms.
- Possesses a strong attention to detail and clean-up.
- Requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Displays good judgement skills and initiative. Ability to work independently.
