Job description
Acer Associates, LLC is a rapidly growing environmental engineering firm seeking a utility locating technician. The position will involve conducting private utility mark-outs, boring location clearance and concrete scanning. The position will involve using ground penetrating radar and utility locators (RD 8100 etc.) to locate and map private utilities. The position also includes using GPR, SE/IR, Impact Echo and other non-destructive equipment to locate rebar and asse4ss concrete thickness and condition. Computer and writing skills are required for report preparation. Knowledge of ArcGis and GPR processing software is a plus.
