Job description
Essential functions of this position includes grading the finished UV product, setting up the UV line for operation when transitioning of applications i.e., clear coat, stain or paint as specified by customer. Assisting with the color match of coating. You will be cross trained to perform several functions within the department.
This position requires you to follow written and verbal job instructions. Being able to provide feedback and apply critical thinking are other keys to this position. Employees must be able to use personal safety equipment while working in a manufacturing environment that includes moving machinery, fast paced fork lift traffic, machine noise, and a work environment that will vary depending on the time of the year.
