Day to Day:

• Drafting protocols – to directly test design inputs tied to instructions
• Once protocols are approved, there are people who execute the protocols and then they’ll return them to the creator who will write it up and summarize
• Maybe drafting some design inputs
• Verification planned/summaries

Job Description:

• To develop and implement strategies for the creation of specific development and verification tests in the field of Software, Assay and Instrumentation.
• Assist with the creation and review of Assay, Software and System Requirements.
• Develop Verification and Study Protocols to assure Requirements and Specifications are fulfilled.
• Review results of executed Protocols and write summary reports and provide conclusions.
• Assist in Project and Product Risk Assessments.
• Perform traceability analysis of test protocol to Requirement.
• Interact cooperatively with co-workers, supervisors and managers of other departments and receive direction well from superiors.
• Provide project management input regarding verification activities on projects.
• Work with company's internal personnel to ensure effective communication, interpretation, and implementation of client procedures.
• Additional tasks assigned as needed to support ongoing integration projects related to assay, software and hardware.

Required Skills:

• Technical Writing (strong)
• understanding of design process and
• product development process
• Blood bank background is ideal/nice to have
