The Client Relations Supervisor supervises and mentors the front office team to achieve exceptional client and patient care.

We are seeking a Client Relations Supervisor who is looking for growth and opportunity, has veterinary experience and demonstrates professionalism, teamwork and a strong work ethic. This position will be a nights and weekends position working a 4x10hr shift schedule!

Job responsibilities include:

• Managing client and patient admissions and discharge operations.
• Financial reports and End of Day closing
• Client service skills and basic medical knowledge.
• Develop and implement front desk policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
• Responsible to create and maintain appropriate work assignments and schedules for the front desk team.
• Understands the big picture of the business.
• Leads by example and sets the tone for a healthy positive work environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
