The Vice President of Engineered Services provides leadership and overall direction to the division to achieve ENAIS goals, annual business plan and budget goals. The Engineered Services division consists of Chemical Cleaning, Tank Cleaning, and GEM Mobile.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute business plan that achieves ENAIS safety, customer satisfaction, growth and profitability goals.
- Develop division business plans / budgets that support ENAIS business plan.
- Communicate ENAIS vision, goals and objectives both internally and externally.
- Ensure division teams comply with all ENAIS policies and work collaboratively with peers and the corporate office.
- Conduct meetings with direct report personnel to review performance. Coach managers and teams on how to be successful.
- Attend Monthly Operations Reviews (MOR). Ensure teams effectively communicate and address the key issues.
- Hold managers and teams accountable for results.
- Use data to evaluate performance trends and solve problems.
- Demonstrate a “hands-on” approach to help teams achieve their goals and/or develop best practices.
- Cultivate a continuous improvement “mindset” to establish processes that will deliver consistent results.
- Lead by example to create a positive work culture focused on Safety, Customer Satisfaction and Growth.
- Demonstrate a “sense of urgency” that motivates your team to perform.
- Ability to perform in a “controlled chaos” environment.
- Personal depth, in the form of mature confidence, adaptability, self-direction, and organization.
- Coaching and staff development skills.
- High energy level and work ethic
- Working knowledge basic accounting functions, ability to read and understand a P&L statement.
- Understands ENAIS lines of business.
- Skills in supervision, planning, coordination, budget preparation, contract negotiations, and human, community and labor relations.
- Understands key financial indicators and success measures.
- Knowledgeable of information systems, ERP, CRM, CMMS, etc….
- Ability to drive change while maintaining operational effectiveness.
- Establish a safety culture where operations and each employee is responsible for safety.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree highly desirable.
- High School diploma.
- Able to pass a background test when required to access a customer location
- 10 years operations management experience in industry.
