Looking For An Individual To Work Full Time In An Office Setting, Who Is Driven To Work As A Video / Photo Editor And Videographer. Video Editing Experience Necessary. We Will Train For Specific Skills. Your Primary Responsibility Will Be To Film, Edit And Perfect Videos As Well As Photos Made By A Top Real Estate Brokerage. Also, Monitoring And Optimizing The Ads For The Brokerage Is A Responsibility For The Position .

Responsibilities

• Process And Edit Videos And Photos
• Preview And Proof All Completed Videos After Processing On Editing Software (Premiere Pro) And Again Once Uploaded To Youtube
• Review And Monitor All Videos On All Youtube / Rumble Channels
• Monitor Comments On Videos On Youtube / Rumble Channel.
• Report All Comments That Pertain To Real Estate Questions Asked Or Someone Wanting More Information Or Wanting To Make An Appointment To View Or Buy A Property.
• Work With Staff Who Publishes Posts & Ads On Social Media
• Make Sure All Equipment Batteries Are Up Fully Charged
• Set Up Rooms For Making Videos In The Office
• Shoot Videos In Office, In Studio, Or On Location
• Break Down All Video Equipment After Videos Are Made And Put In Respective Cases And Put Away
• Be Available To Shift Schedule To Stay Later On Days When Live Streaming, Currently Two Times A Month On Mondays

Skills

• Experience With Social Media Analytics
• Adequate Knowledge Of Adobe Creative Suites And Google Suites
• Adequate Knowledge Of Cloud File Storage Systems (MyCloud)
• Excellent Consulting, Writing, Editing (Photo/Video/Text), Presentation And Communication Skills
• Adequate Knowledge Of Video Editing And Related Software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• Adequate Knowledge Of Photo Editing And Related Software (Photoshop, Lightroom)
• Knowledge Of Online Marketing And Good Understanding Of Major Marketing Platforms
• Positive Attitude, Detail And Customer Oriented With Good Multitasking And Organizational Ability
• Ability To Shift Focus On New Tasks And Change Course Of Direction Quickly
• Creativity, Out Of The Box Thinking, And Ability To Think “Quickly On Their Toes” Is A Plus.
