- VIP Lane Host / Hostess – Night Shift (6:00 pm – Closing)
Job Summary
The VIP Lane Host / Hostess position plays an important role in overall operation of guests at Aiea Bowl. The VIP Lane Host / Hostess interacts directly with customers within the VIP lanes by serving food and beverage, and assisting with lane operation. The VIP Lane Host / Hostess is also responsible for guest satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
The VIP Lane Host / Hostess position must be able to do the following key responsibilities
- Must be pleasant, courteous, professional, and respectful of guests.
- Able to work most or all of the shift standing up.
- Ability to be flexible in regards to scheduling and work duties.
- Able to communicate verbiage clearly, and explain company policies.
- Demonstrates personal ownership and quickly corrects customer conflicts and disputes.
- Is able to comply and is familiar with the Health Standards set forth by the Public Health Department of the State of Hawaii.
- Able to lift 35 lbs.
- Clean / assist in cleaning lanes after VIP lane reservations.
- Ensures a safe work environment for everyone by promptly cleaning up all spills.
- Is able to adhere to the Dress Code that is set forth by G & G Entertainment, LLC and arrives to their shift on time and in complete uniform.

- A keen sense of taste and smell.
- Good memory for details.
- Exhibits leadership skill and takes initiative in job advancement.
- Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality.
