We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly people to provide an excellent guest experience. Staff will be in club attire with the look and attitude for the position. Must be able to quickly and accurately serve drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.
Responsibilites
Serve alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar patrons
- Interact with customers
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Skills
- Excellent customer service
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the club organized, stocked and clean
- Ability to accurately facilitate handling of the money transaction
