Watkins Distributing is a family owned and operated beverage distribution company that has serviced Idaho and Montana for four generations.
Job Summary:
A warehouse associate will be part of our picking team. Base pay is $10/hour + commission on cases picked, so most of our warehouse associates make between $15-$19/hour.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Listen to an automated “voice pick” system, directing you where to go throughout the warehouse
- Shrink wrap palleted loads
- Move pallets throughout the warehouse and load them on to trucks.
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to perform warehouse duties accurately and safely
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, yet independent environment
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 25-45 pounds throughout the day.
