Growing Los Angeles based; eyewear company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The CSR will be working in a warehouse/distribution environment.
Requirements and Duties
- ERP system knowledge and experience
- MS Office Suite experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to answer calls and emails.
- Resolve customer concerns.
- Order fulfillment knowledge and experience
- High School Diploma
Previous experience working in a warehouse/distribution is a plus
1st Shift: Monday to Friday
Pay Rate is $23/hr -$26/hr Depending On Experience
