Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

· Manages incoming and outbound shipments with forklift assistance

· Works in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer to meet all external and internal customer needs

· Maintains inventory receiving, warehousing and fulfillment operations

· Ensures deliveries and shipments are complete and on schedule

· Communicates and collaborates cross-functionally with other departments to achieve successful warehouse operations

· Schedules and assigns warehouse employees

· Manages inventory flow and accuracy

· Ensures regular maintenance of warehouse machinery

· Addresses all maintenance needs for Syriana vehicles

· Maintains physical condition of warehouse by inspecting equipment and issuing work orders for repair

· Monitors security procedures and protocols

· Takes responsibility for the organization and cleanliness of all MISA equipment and facilities

· Trains, evaluates, and develops team members

Requirements:

· Forklift Certified

· Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.

· Willingness to adhere to safety procedures and transportation laws.

· Good written and verbal communication skills. Second language a plus.

· Excellent customer service.

· Previous experience in the warehouse / distribution business.

· Able to lift, move and carry objects up to 50lbs for an extended period.

· Able to push and pull up to 200lbs

· Operate manual / electric pallet jacks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• 4 hour shift
