Job description

We are looking for an experienced, professional, and outgoing Representative to manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing of bulk products, Metrc tracking, maintain and establish relationships with cultivators across the state. This position will be working in-house and will report directly to the Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, and maintain positive business relationships with suppliers in a professional manner
• Product intake including but not limited to weighing units, taking product pictures & videos, and quality control.
• Ability to drive to various suppliers across the state for onsite visits and pickups as needed
• On-site sampling and quarantining of biomass material according to strict internal standard operating procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the cannabis industry; noting key players, pivotal techniques, emerging trends and overall status of the industry
• Be consistently flexible, fluid, and agreeable with changes in day to day scheduling and tasks
• Have a team player mentality and a willingness to support staff wherever needed
• Responsible for Metrc accuracy and Inventory control

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the cannabis industry required
• In-depth understanding of cannabis including but not limited to: cultivation practices, strains/grades, quality control, and industry methods/standards
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs), and ability to learn other programs (CRM Software, METRC, etc.)
• Ability to move and lift up to 50lbs with repetitive motions
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and persuasive skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
