**MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING 12:00pm to 9pm SHIFT & BE FLUENT IN SPANISH**

Help the Warehouse Manager develop, train and continuously improve our people and processes in all aspects of warehouse operations. Manage daily operations regarding receiving, picking, prep, assembly, load-out, put-away, loading, and returns. Responsible for creating an environment that ensures customer satisfaction and maximum productivity.

• Effectively communicate with all levels of management and associates via written and verbal communication methods.

• Manage process for product scanning and products that are picked from respective locations

• Manage product inspections for line-up/prep.

• Oversee the loading of delivery trucks.

• Ensure All returns and chargebacks are processed daily.

• Research partial deliveries and ensure prompt disposition is made.

• Monitor delivery slot availability.

• Effectively hire, train, motivate, oversee, coach, train and develop a team.

• Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and guidelines for warehouse environment and power industrial vehicles.

• Ability and experience driving a Forklift/Cherry-Picker/ Hi-Lo.

• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 75 lbs. Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.

• High School and/ equivalent experience, must be bi-lingual (Spanish)

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
