Job description
- Pull, pack, and ship orders consistently and accurately using special equipment and technology
- Lift cases—cases weigh an average of 14 pounds, 35-60 pounds on the high end
- Pick product from high shelves
- Obtain required forklift certification during our in-house training
- Safety-first mindset
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a standard physical abilities test to ensure you can meet the physical demands of the job
- Sufficient vision and hearing necessary to operate powered equipment safely
- Good attendance record
- Previous warehouse or production-based job experience
- Part-time position to start (roughly 30 hours per week) with full-time hours and benefits available at the end of 90 days
- Full-time shift options include four 10-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts per week
- Bonuses available with each paycheck if productivity levels are met
- One week of vacation time available after six months at Dot; two weeks after one year at Dot
- Nine paid holidays
