Waterproofer
Primary Purpose of Position: Waterproofers will work in a team environment with other field staff members including Glaziers, Carpenters and will report directly to the Waterproofing Manager.

Essential Functions:

• Work alongside field crew to apply waterproofing to current project (including Air Vapor Barrier (AVB), joint sealant, under slab AVB, etc.) to meet required weatherization measures.
• Travel to specific job site daily
• Work from various aerial lifts (boom lift, scissor lift, swing station), either sitting or standing for an extended period of time

Requirements and Qualifications:

• OSHA 10
• The ability to constantly multi-task.
• Valid Driver’s License
• 1-5 years of waterproofing experience (preferably in commercial construction/glass)
• Comfortable working on multiple-story buildings in various weather conditions

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves work at a construction site where duties will be performed both indoors and outdoors.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer, and other business machines.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate an automobile.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
