We have a different problem. We have the leads, the systems, the models, the tools, and the coaching available to help first-year agents make $144,000 - IF they choose to. The problem we have is that most people simply aren’t willing to do the work. Mastery takes time - 10,000 hours to be exact. Many agents enter this business and expect it to be like the Netflix real estate shows Million Dollar Listing or Selling Sunset. They assume in just a few days they'll be showing luxury homes. It’s not. If that’s why you’re considering getting into real estate, we aren’t the team for you.
We’re looking for leaders who are hungry and driven. Leaders who are willing to commit 40 hours a week to building an uncapped real estate career. We want to work with people who want to make a difference in other people’s lives. The people who care about helping a single mom buy a condo for $200,000 with the same care as getting a $2,000,000 listing. Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market home
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
