Skygate Wholesale is seeking a Website SEO specialist to join our team in Bensenville, IL.

The SEO specialist is responsible for performing general website SEO optimizations associated with Google visibility, product maintenance, description, URL editing, and keyword visibility.

Responsibilities:

• General product duties; Meta Tag Titles, Meta Tag Descriptions, SEO URL creation.
• Creating meta tag titles and descriptions for previously created and newly created products.
• Lengthening current product descriptions packed with relevant SEO keywords.
• Viewing Google Search Console for better keyword strategies, and then implementing those keywords onto our website to bring our website to a higher google ranking.
• Creating keyword packed blogs about new and upcoming products.
• Maintaining better product visibility through better website categories and names/descriptions.
• Updating and creating category meta tag titles and descriptions.
• Report to work on time and complete job tasks as assigned accurately.

Required Skills:

• Able to read and understand Google Search Console data.
• Knowledge of Opencart back end operating system (specifically products)
• Knowledge of working with AI to create blog content and product descriptions
• Knowledge of the smoke shop industry is preferred (for keywords)
• Reliable transportation to and from Bensenville, IL

Pay Frequency:

• Weekly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
