Key Responsibilities:

• Use your welding expertise to create high-quality parts and assemblies in accordance with blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Apply your creativity to design and build custom metal structures that exceed expectations
• Be a problem solver, identifying issues that need to be resolved and working with the team to find solutions that make the impossible possible
• Prioritize safety, following all safety protocols and ensuring that your work area is safe and hazard-free
• Be a team player, collaborating with other team members to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
• Seek out opportunities for professional development, taking advantage of training opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills
• Keep your tools and equipment in top shape and stay up to date with the latest welding and fabrication techniques.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points if you have a welding cape)
• 3-5 years of experience in welding, fitting, and fabrication (extra bonus points if you've built a metal robot or a time machine)
• Proficiency in welding with 0.45, 0.52, 1/16 wire, and Fluxcore & MIG (you're a welding wizard)
• Experience in reading blueprints and drawings (you're a superhero)
• Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and tools (you're unstoppable!)
• Ability to work with a wide variety of metals and alloys (you can make anything out of metal)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently (you're a perfectionist)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others (you're a team player)
• Ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment as needed (you're stronger than a bulldozer).

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
