Three Roses Wine Cellar is hiring part time kitchen help.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Worker to join our team in a simple fast casual restaurant. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to food preparation, service, and general kitchen cleaning and maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help in food preparation, including cutting and chopping vegetables, meat, and poultry

• Prepare ingredients for dishes such as pizza, wings, charcuterie boards, etc...

• Clean and sanitize cooking utensils, dishes, and work areas

• Operate kitchen equipment, including pizza ovens, turbo-chefs, grills, and microwaves

• Observe food safety and sanitation guidelines and maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Manage inventory of food and materials, order supplies, and restock as needed

• Assist with presentation of food

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a fast casual restaurant is strongly preferred

• Basic cooking and food handling skills are essential

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of food quality and safety

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

All winery employees are expected to become knowledgeable on all Three Roses Wine Cellars wines.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
