Wireless Representative Responsibilities:
- Promote sales by listening attentively to customer's needs, offer suggestions, and gain their trust.
- Ensure you are current of promotions, products, and services.
- Hit sales targets by monitoring your performance.
- Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- Continually evaluate and react to performance.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable store appearance.
Wireless Representative Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Team player.
- Strong business sense and industry knowledge is a plus.
- Willingness to approach customers & offer assistance with confidence.
- Ability to work at nearby company locations on occasion within 30 mile radius of designated home store.
- Ability to attend monthly trainings/meetings at nearby company training centers within 30 mile radius of designated home store.
- Sales experience is a plus, but your skills and ability must make a positive impact.
- Flexible full-time schedule to accommodate day, night, weekend & holiday shifts.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift or move up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications pertinent to position.
- Commitment to company mission and values.
- Ability to communicate clearly through reading, writing, and speaking.
Wireless Representative Compensation:
- Combination of hourly wage and personal sales commission.
