Wireless Representative Responsibilities:

• Promote sales by listening attentively to customer's needs, offer suggestions, and gain their trust.
• Ensure you are current of promotions, products, and services.
• Hit sales targets by monitoring your performance.
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
• Continually evaluate and react to performance.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable store appearance.

Wireless Representative Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Team player.
• Strong business sense and industry knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to approach customers & offer assistance with confidence.
• Ability to work at nearby company locations on occasion within 30 mile radius of designated home store.
• Ability to attend monthly trainings/meetings at nearby company training centers within 30 mile radius of designated home store.
• Sales experience is a plus, but your skills and ability must make a positive impact.
• Flexible full-time schedule to accommodate day, night, weekend & holiday shifts.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift or move up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications pertinent to position.
• Commitment to company mission and values.
• Ability to communicate clearly through reading, writing, and speaking.

Wireless Representative Compensation:

• Combination of hourly wage and personal sales commission.
