We are looking for a high-performing, strategically minded problem solver to join the growing Metro Park Warehouses team as a WMS Analyst.

WMS (Warehouse Management System) Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

• Translate operational and business requirements into system requirements.
• Build reports and alerts with SQL to enhance WMS functionality for internal and external clients.
• Troubleshoot incidents and problems, understand the root cause(s), and develop sustaining solutions within the Cadre WMS databases and applications utilizing a control management/release management framework.
• Support the integrations between the WMS and other software.
• Create documentation for testing, new processes and procedures, and specifications.
• Support the operation with optimum performance, uptime, and scalability.
• Hands-on configuration of WMS testing, integration testing, test script writing, training, and support to ensure the Cadence WMS is properly integrated from end-to-end with all systems and conforms to specifications.

Skills and Qualifications

• You have a minimum of four years' work experience performing substantially similar essential functions with a minimum of 2 years of SQL experience.
• You have shown the ability to effectively use data and problem solve, digging below surface level for the root cause and enjoy it.
• You are dependable, disciplined, and organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• You are a curious person and have a desire to learn.
• You take ownership of every situation and don't believe in the phrase “that's not my job.” You are flexible with the various demands of support services as it pertains to application software and IT hardware in a warehouse environment.
• You have experience with Warehouse Management Systems and WMS concepts.
• It is a bonus if you have knowledge of EDI and API.
