- Position reports to an Area Manager
- Must know janitorial equipment.
Job Requirements: Janitorial experience.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following and may be adjusted by CSI International as needed:
- Directing and managing all cleaning operations and related personnel in the assigned account.
- Planning, organizing, controlling, and making decisions in order to achieve company operational objectives.
- Providing direction, training, and support to cleaning staff.
- Ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and service levels meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
- Follow up on all cleaning issues.
- Ensuring all company guidelines, work rules, and regulations are followed.
- Maintain availability as required and respond to all urgent issues and emergencies immediately.
